    How Long Will It Take For My LitPact To Be Shipped?

    Both One-Time LitPacts, and the first month of your subscription, typically ships out within 2-5 business days from order time. Once the product has been shipped out, it takes 1-3 business days for USPS to deliver. 

    Do You Ship WorldWide?

    We ship to all 50 states in the USA, as well as most other countries. (Including: Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, etc). If it's not working, please try ordering from our other site LitPact.com

    How Can I Upgrade My Current LitPact Subscription To Another?

    Please sign into your account on LitPact.com Select the subscription in question and change your subscription level, price/product change will reflect on your next renewal.

    Can I Request Special Items For My LitPact?

    We currently do not allow custom packages. But if it is a minor alteration/addition, you may leave a note during checkout and we will do our best to make it happen.

    I Received A Broken Item In My LitPact? 

    We will replace any glass broken during shipment. Proof must be provided immediately after receiving. 

    How Can I Cancel My Subscription With LitPacts?

    Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You may also "skip" months. Select this if you plan to resubscribe, as it will keep your price and month for specials. 

    You may cancel by logging into your account here on LitPact.com, selecting your subscription and clicking cancel.

    Can I Get A Refund?

    We have a No Refund policy. We will replace/exchange any damaged or missing items. If there is a error on our part, we may provide you a partial or full refund for the inconvenience. 

    Will My Order Arrive In A Discreet Package?

    All of our packages are 100% discreet. Neatly packed in their dedicated box, then placed in a plain brown unbranded box. LitPact is not displayed anywhere, as well we ship from our parent company CarePacts.

    Do I Have To Pay Monthly or Can I Do A One Time Purchase? 

    No, you may purchase our signature single care packages here on LIT LOT 30% cheaper then your local head shop.

    I Seen An Item I Liked In A LitPact, Can I Purchase Just That Item Only?

    Yes! We have just about every item in our LitPacts available individually here at LIT LOT.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    After your order has been shipped, you will receive an E-mail with your tracking number to track your package.

    WHAT COMES IN MY LITPACT?

    Every LitPact care package comes with different handy items that are needed by your common stoner. LitPact are available in different bundle sizes: Mini, Lite, OG, Premium and Owners Special.

    WHEN I SIGN UP, HOW OFTEN AM I CHARGED?

    Our standard subscription charges you immediately upon starting your subscription, and then renews on the 15th of every month after. You may pre-purchase months in advance.

    DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP EVERY MONTH?

    No, sign up once and you're good to go. 

    WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY LITPACT?

    We allow ourselves a 7% alteration rate. Meaning if less than 7% (value wise) is missing, we will not replace it. If any large items, or more than 7% is missing; please email or message us and we will send it out to you.

    HOW DO I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?

    Monthly subscriptions automatically renew every 15th of the month. 

    I HAVE MOVED, CAN I UPDATE MY CURRENT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WITH LITPACTS?

    Yes, simply login to your account and update your billing/shipping address.

    WHEN DO I START GETTING BILLED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    Your first month is billed immediately, renewals are billed the 15th of each consecutive month.

    CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE LITPACT STONER CARE PACKAGE?
